In case that any of the provided information is mistakenly presented, XePort reserves the right to refuse and cancel the orders that has been placed based on the incorrect information. In case that your credit card has been charged with the incorrect amount while we cancel your order due to the reasons above, XePort will credit your card account in the amount of incorrectly charged.

  8. All items purchased from XePort are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

  1. Calculating Cost
    We offer several services from USPS. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order, chosen shipping method, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

  2. Delivery Time
    The delivery time varies with the chosen shipping method. The available shipping methods depend on the products purchased, availability of the products and shipping destination. Based on these factors, the website will automatically determine the shipping methods available. This will be shown in the Shipping section of the checkout process.

  3. Package Tracking
  • All US shipments are track-able regardless of the shipping method you select.

  • For International shipment via USPS, currently three options are available:

    • 1. First-Class International Mail (cheapest option, relatively slow on delivery time, No tracking)
    2. Priority International Mail (more expensive, faster, No Tracking)
    3. Express International Mail (most expensive, fastest, Tracking is availabe)

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with an item, please return it within 30 days (after 30 days, only exchange or replace will be processed). All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. If you receive a damaged or broken item, contact us at sales@xeport.com as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials and provide the original proof of purchase. We will credit your account or send you a new item (as you prefer).

It usually takes one to two business days for us to process your refund (minus shipping) once we receive it. The refund will usually show up on your original payment statement within three business days after that).

For exchanging and replacing the products, the process is the same.

We will NOT share your information with ANY third party.

Limited Warranty

XePort will repair or replace the defect product within one year upon purchase of the product.

NOTE: Please retain your proof of purchase to ensure warranty coverage!

 

Terms and Policies of Referral Program

To become a member of Xeport referral program, you must agree following terms and policies.

  1. You must sign up with Xeport to become a member of this referral program.

  2. Your application has to be approved by Xeport first before your membership becomes effective. Xeport reserve the right to accept or reject the membership applications.

  3. Your actions of referring Xeport products and services to the referred individuals shall comply with all laws including the ones that govern the email marketing and anti-spam laws.

  4. Xeport reserves the right to accept or reject the purchases from prospective customers who are referred by you.

  5. In case a purchase from a referred customer is rejected, the benefits stated in this program to both the customer and yourself become void.

  6. You shall not make any promises in name of Xeport to the prospective referred individuals in terms of price, quality, delivery, warranty, policy or any other product and service related setting. The referred individuals shall solely rely on Xeport provided information through Xeport official channels and Xeport reserves all rights to change any of those terms at any time without notice.

  7. You or Xeport may terminate this referral relationship at any time and you are only entitled to the program benefits during being the member of this program approved by Xeport.

  8. Xeport reserve the right to change the contents of this referral program or terminate this referral program at any time without notification.

  9. Xeport will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection to this referral program. Xeport’s liability arising with respect to this referral program will not exceed the total referral fees payable to you.

  10. Xeport does not express or implied warranties or representations with respect to this referral program.

  11. Xeport does not make any representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Xeport will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

These terms above will begin upon your signup with this referral program and will end when your membership is terminated either by you or Xeport. The terms of this agreement may be modified by Xeport at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, the only choice you have is to terminate your membership of this referral program. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
